1. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover, as well as personal checks and money orders. Personal checks are cleared 10-14 days. If you are using a debit card for your order or backorders, please be certain of your bank policy and credit line access prior to ordering. We ARE NOT responsible for backorders which cause your checking account to incur overdraft fees. Your funds are YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. Cashier's checks and money orders ship immediately.

2. We ship most parcels via FEDEX or U.P.S. . We can provide U.P.S. Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day Select services . Accordingly, the faster the service, the more expensive the shipping & handling. Ground service costs range from $6.95 to $9.95 on most items. Orders can be expedited for an additional $3.00 charge. Freight chareges on track orders, sets and sale/closeout items may be higher due to weight Any item deemed high value or oversized are subject to higher shipping, handling & insurance costs. We also offer U.S. Mail delivery. These parcels are subject to a $10.00 handling & processing fee due to added paperwork and taking the parcel to the Postal Service.

3. Some newly announced require deposits at the time of reservation. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. At the time of order, you will be notified of required deposits. After the deposit(s) are taken, a written order acknowledgement is mailed for your review and records. Any balance due is charged on arrival. Please notify us if the credit card/expiration date changes or is cancelled to avoid delays in order processing. Arrival notifications are issued if balance is being submitted by check or money order. Payment is due within 14 days of the first class notice. Orders not acknowledged or cancelled, result in loss of deposit(s). Your prompt reply insures a smooth transaction.

4. We offer lay-a-way for customer convenience. We reserve the right to deny lay-a-way on any item(s). Guidelines for lay-a-way are: Item(s) must be $200.00 or greater in value. The first 1/3rd is required at the time of lay-a-way initiation. 30 days later, the second 1/3rd is due. At the end of 60 days, the final 1/3rd is due. Lay-a-ways are considered final sales once in progress. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Late or missed payments constitute order cancellation and deposit/payment forfeiture.

5. If you receive a product damaged in transit, please contact FEDEX or U.P.S. using their toll free telephone number. Damage claims are initiated with the carrier from the recipient. FEDEX or U.P.S. will come and inspect the item(s) in question and return them to us, the shipper. You must retain the original shipping carton/packaging. After contacting FEDEX or U.P.S. please contact us at 402-467-3738 and we will issue a return authorization number. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. itemS arriving without prior approval are subject to refusal. We must know why a product is being returned ,and from whom a product is being returned, to facilitate a timely resolution to any claim.

6. Manufacturer warranty is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We are not an authorized service center from Lionel or MTH. New releases carry a 1 year manufacturer's warranty covering product operation and appearance. Please inspect your items upon arrival. Items which exhibit a problem after use are not eligible for exchange. Repairs are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Please take time to read the operating manual before assuming a product is not performing properly. Manufacturer's phone numbers are shown on product literature if you need technical assistance.

7. Items ordered in error, duplicated, or which do not match customer expectations are charged a 15% restocking fee. Be certain you are familiar with what you are ordering to avoid restocking fees. Exchanging an item for a different product does not waive the restocking fee. Collectability, condition and availability dictate responsible ordering. SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
